The products in Nordic Swan Living web store are sold by Nordic Swan Living Oy (Finnish VAT id 2821280-6). We sell our products globally to individuals over 18 years of age. The prices in the web store include VAT. We reserve all rights to alter the prices and postal charges.


The products are mainly ordered via Internet from address shopping basket.

All the orders are confirmed by e-mail. Order confirmation E-mail contains the information of the ordered products, the product prices and the shipping fee. In order to get the order confirmation mail customer needs to fill the e-mail address information when requested to do so.

By submitting the order customer agrees to terms and conditions that are available with each order summary.

Order confirmation

We will send an order confirmation which includes following:

  • payment reference information
  • our bank account information
  • total fee

Customer is able to check and return the order by creating a private user account in our web store.

Methods of payment

Products and their postage are paid upon order. The accepted payment methods in the web store are legitimate debit and credit cards as well as on-line payments from the following banks: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, LähiTapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki and Ålandsbanken.
Payments are made securely through the Paytrail-website.

Advance is also accepted as a form of payment.

Payment Service Provider

The online transaction payment services are provided by Pytrail Corp.(later Paytrail) in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit establishments. Paytrail will be shown as the recipient of the payment in customer receipt. Paytrail then will transfer the payment to the vendor (Nordic Swan Living). Paytrail is officially concessed by the credit establishments.

On Line Bank

On Line Bank transfers are provided by Paytrail (2122839-7) in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit establishments. In general, the Paytrail on line bank service doesn´t differ from the traditional private use on line bank transfer.

Payment in advance

When the payment is shown on our account we will mail your order. Cash on delivery orders are not accepted. Advance payments are to be made to the Nordic Swan Living account FI7612283000075430 according to the payment details in the order confirmation e-mail sent to the customer.

We will process the order when the payment is completed. If the payment method is advance payment from a customer´s bank account, we reserve the right to cancel the order if the payment doesn´t show in our bank account in 5 banking days.

Delivery time

After receiving your payment, we will deliver the ordered goods as soon as possible.
If the ordered product is temporarily out of stock, the delivery time will be 4-8 weeks.

Delivery and shipping charges

Delivery fee consists of packing and shipping. After selecting the form of payment and shipping, you will be able to see the delivery charges. We will ship your order as a package delivery to the nearest available postal service office. For additional fee we will deliver your order straight to the sending address submitted to our web store.

Change and return policy

The customer has a 14 day transfer and return right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right to return applies only to unused and merchantable goods in the original packaging.

Attach the following information when returning goods:

  • your customer number, your name, address and phone number
  • your bank account information for the refund
  • copy of the Nordic Swan Living order confirmation sent to you upon ordering

We will not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. Once your eventual refund request has been accepted, the money will be returned directly to your account after receiving and processing the refund.

Problems with shipping and defected products

If the product has been lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product is delivered to the customer, without further delay the customer must notify the error at or by mail:

Notice of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the package has been damaged in the mail/shipping, the shipping service provider must be notified immediately when receiving the goods.


We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. The customer must check with the terms of delivery in advance.
